This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on which legal basis. It is written for a template: it describes what the template itself does and must be extended for every service you add.

3. Server logs
When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted after a short, fixed period.
4. Cookies and tracking
This template does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If you add any of these, name them here and, where required, ask for consent before they load.
5. Third-party resources
To display the site, your browser loads resources from third parties. This transmits your IP address to them.

You can avoid these transfers by hosting the files yourself, which we recommend before going live.
6. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your message and your address to answer it. We delete the data once the request is settled, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
8. Security
This site is delivered over an encrypted connection. We take technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the site or the legal situation changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
