1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the InfraCore service and website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.

2. The service

InfraCore provides infrastructure for observing data pipelines, retraining models and rolling out changes. We may improve, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

5. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. We will announce price changes at least thirty days before they take effect.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you send to the service. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The service, its software, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for the term of your subscription.

8. Availability

We aim for the availability stated in your plan, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.

11. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, after a warning where reasonable. On termination you can export your data for thirty days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance. If you keep using the service after they take effect, you accept the new version.
